How to Charge a Robinair Electronic Scale
- 1). Turn off your vehicle and remove the keys.
- 2). Access the A/C unit. It would normally be in a panel on the side of the vehicle. You’ll see two connecting terminals sticking out, one red, one blue (minus and positive). Consult your owner's manual if you are not sure where to find this.
- 3). Connect the red cable that comes with the Robinair electric scale from the red (minus) terminal on the Robinair unit to the red terminal on the A/C unit.
- 4). Connect the blue cable that comes with the Robinair electric scale from the blue (positive) terminal on the Robinair unit to the blue terminal on the A/C unit.
- 5). Begin the charge by powering the Robinair. The red and blue dials will let you monitor and control the charge levels.
- 6). Check the scale weight in the digital display. It will come up automatically after a minute or so.
