Cheryl Cole rolls to the top of the chart with "Promise This," her first single from the upcoming Messy Little Raindrops album. It is the biggest single sales week of the year so far outside of the "Everybody Hurt" Haiti charity release. Rihanna follows with an opening at #2 with sales that would have guaranteed #1 in nearly any other week. Mike Posner climbs one notch higher than his #6 US peak with "Cooler Than Me."

Ahead of what is expecting to be a stunning US debut, Taylor Swift manages to open at only #6 in the UK with Speak Now.
