There is always talk going around about how to take care of your skin, reverse aging skin, and the typical aging skin problems.
I believe I can add some insight into these matters.
People in all walks of life and in every country in the world are always looking for information as to how to keep themselves looking good, avoiding wrinkled skin, puffy eyes and dull harsh looking complexions.
Basically, we all want to look younger so why do we develop wrinkles and how can we get rid of them.
Wrinkles are cause when your skin begins to dry out.
The primary reason for this is due to a life time of exposure to the sun along with a person's genetic makeup.
Subcutaneous fat found under the first layer of outer skin is lost as we age, thus causing our skin to thin out.
These are the times wrinkles may start to appear on the skin.
The course of action at this point is to try to prevent further problems resulting in more wrinkles and brown spots due to your constant exposure to the sun.
Sunscreens must be used in order to prevent sunburns, photo damage, brown spots and possibly cancer.
A good 8 hours of sleep can keep your skin looking healthy and young looking.
Skin cells have that 8 hour opportunity to repair themselves.
Sleep helps repair your skin in it's quiet way.
The skin under your eyes is very thin, therefore needing some additional attention.
Less fat is the reason it is thin and tends to wrinkle faster, so use ample amounts of cream at night.
The puffy eyes you see in the morning can be reduced by keeping your eye cream in the refrigerator and using an extra pillow at night to elevate your head.
Keep your hands looking beautiful by using your exfoliating lotion or face mask weekly on your hands.
Keep them covered with gloves in harsh weather or when dealing with any kind of chemical, doing dishes or working in the garden.
And of course, don't forget to moisturize and use sunscreen!
