In which case, shut it down and while off move a piece of wire back and forth in the tube.
Start it again to check the output.
If the flow is still weak, bring it to a mechanic.
Drain the Fuel Disconnect the fuel line and let the engine burn all the fuel in the carburetor.
Once this is done, turn off the key.
If you have a battery switch, turn this off too.
When you use your boat again, you will need to use brand new fuel, so it's best to use as much fuel as you can while using the boat so you don't waste too much.
