How to Make Marshmallow Jiffy Popcorn

    • 1). Pre-heat an electric range to medium-high heat for three to five minutes or set a gas range or cooking fire on medium-low heat.

    • 2). Lightly coat a 9-by-13 inch baking pan with oil or butter.

    • 3). Remove the cardboard instruction panel from the top of the Jiffy Pop pan.

    • 4). Hold the pan by the handle on top of the burner. Listen for the oil inside the pan to begin sizzling.

    • 5). Shake the pan back and forth across the burner for two to five minutes until the foil top grows to full size and the popping sounds slow.

    • 6). Remove the pan from the burner and pierce the foil top with a fork to open.

    • 7). Pour the prepared Jiffy popcorn into a large bowl.

    • 8). Melt the marshmallows and butter in a pot on the stove.

    • 9). Pour the marshmallow and butter mixture over the popcorn.

      Stir the popcorn with a spatula to cover all of the kernels with the melted marshmallow mixture.

      Spread the popcorn into the prepared baking pan and cool completely.

      Break or cut the marshmallow popcorn into individual portions and serve.
