Car Leasing Made the Difference Between Old and New
I have had enough of old cars, my current car is making me look silly in work, as I am in charge of a team and lately I have been coming down hard on people arriving late or even not turning up at all. I have heard all the excuses under the sun, some believable and some so far away from even being a possibility, they make me smile. One girl who must have thought I do not keep records, has had six grandparents die in no less than three years, one guy must have about twelve kids as he is always off for unexpected premature deliveries etc. It is amusing but due to constant mechanical break downs of my own, my job is now in jeopardy.
I have been given three weeks to turn my time keeping and attendance record around. I have to act quickly, as it will take time to find a nice reliable secondhand car. I know it is a gamble when you purchase secondhand, but what choice do I have? I have looked at more cars than I care to remember and they never come even close to looking good or even clear of accident damage or neglect of some sort or another.
I read an article at work about private car leasing; it was available for anyone with a good credit rating, a United Kingdom address and a current valid driving license. If these criteria can be met, then you can lease a car privately. I read with interest just how it works.
I would need to put down a deposit of no less than ten percent, this would be followed with either thirty six monthly payments of a fixed amount, or I can spread the car lease over a longer five year, sixty month period. This allows me to pay a lesser amount per month. The article reads on, that a purchase lease will allow me to own the car at the conclusion of the purchase lease agreement. There seems to be a second car lease option, but you never own the car, you hand it back at the end and start all over again, no thanks!
I had decided to call and see if I can qualify as a suitable candidate for a private car lease agreement. I have answered all the relevant questions and given my details for the relevant credit checks to be done, thanks to their acceptance of scanned documents and emailing them, the rest of the evidence such as pay slips and signed forms were done very quickly, all I have to do is wait for five working days or less for the final answer.
The morning of the fourth day arrived as did the letter, I was quite nervous as a lot was riding on me being accepted for the car lease. It was good news, I was not only accepted but given a priority number as I had explained my predicament to the car lease guy. After a further six days and just in time for my next work appraisal I had proof of owning a far more reliable car, so my problems were solved.
If you plan to apply for a personal car loan you may also want to see more information also for firma bil (company car in Danish) loans so you can compare which comes with a better deal. Here you can read more about Bilforsikring med god d¦kning (Car insurance with good coverage in Danish).
