    • 1). Park the vehicle in a shaded area. This will help reduce water spots.

    • 2). Rinse off the vehicle using high-pressure water. This will remove a lot of loose dirt.

    • 3). Pour car wash soap into the bucket and spray high-pressure water into the bucket. This will create more soap bubbles.

    • 4). Place the microfiber wash mitt on your hand and dunk the hand into the bucket. Start to wash the vehicle from the top down to the top of the windows.

    • 5). Rinse the vehicle with low-pressure water from the hose. By cascading the water down the vehicle, you won't cause more soap suds.

    • 6). Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the middle of the vehicle, but not all the way to the bottom 2 feet of the vehicle. Rinse the vehicle occasionally to keep the entire thing wet.

    • 7). Rinse out the bucket with the hose and refill with soapy water. Wash off the microfiber mitt at the same time.

    • 8). Wash the bottom of the vehicle using the same techniques as before. By cleaning everything off and washing from the top down, you won't transfer the heavy dirt from the bottom of the vehicle to the top.

    • 9). Rinse off the entire vehicle using low-pressure water.
