• The most traditional wedding program is folded one time in the center like a card. You can also choose to have a card-shaped program, but with two or three folds. For beach weddings, programs in the shape of fans add a nice, practical touch. A program rolled up like a scroll adds a touch of romance and antiquity.
  
  

Design

• You can order your ceremony programs to match your invitations with matching stationery. Another option is to have the ink and ribbon in the wedding color. You may also decide to create your own wedding programs by handwriting them or using a computer graphic design program.
  
  

What to Include

• Your program should include the bridal party's names and their relationship to the bride and groom. You may also include the bible verse number for your ceremony readings, a copy of your vows, instructions for non-Christians for the church service, special acknowledgment to anyone in particular and general thanks for your guests' attendance or a tribute to a beloved, deceased family member. You may also leave a note about the reception and map if necessary.
