4G Wireless Bringing Hot Spots Together

Are you looking for your soul mate? Has your other half of the orange avoided you so far? As society advances so has technology, and while 30 years ago it may have been common place to run into your half moon in a common caf, shopping mall, or job, today many romantic souls have found friends, companions, and lovers by way of the internet. Online dating sites such as E-Harmony or Match.com have made dating a technological marvel by way of online phone connection services, messenger boards, and social networks. Instead of a first date at a restaurant interested singles now get through all of their personal introductions in the chat room.

Similar to the revolution of online dating sites, the development of internet technology now offers a way for estranged and lonely Wi-Fi internet hot spots to get together with 4G wireless internet. One of the biggest reasons this is all made possible is due to the innovation of Wimax technology. Wimax is an alternative to broadband technology and much like a social network connects already existing Wi-Fi spots to the internet. The goal of the Wimax Forum (creators of Wimax) is to eventually allow for portable connectivity to places where wireless internet has either been both technologically and economically inaccessible. Started in 2001 Wimax has made it a goal to bring together broadband wireless products with compatible interoperability. You may not yet have heard of this technology but that is because it is just becoming more popular as long as a practical mainstream use can be made available. In the same way that the internet has made a case for the future of social connections, Wimax technology and 4G wireless may be the future of mobile broadband.

So what does this all really mean?

Well due to the harmonic relationship that 4G wireless internet has with Wi-Fi hot spots, an internet connection will be constant and available anywhere where there may be a good range of wireless internet users. This means that you can be in the middle of central park, a caf in Greenwhich Village, or on the subway and still receive a clear and perfect connection signal. Your workplace office will now include any and every nook and cranny that the city has to offer. So instead of talking to your significant other in the anti-social shut off atmosphere of your one bedroom apartment. Instead you can take your laptop computer and make for the nearest street side caf and have your first date in typical style but with computer communication. 4G wireless internet could change the whole relationship.

So don't let any friends, family or co-workers get you down or discourage you by being an anti-social computer nerd who loves to meet people on online dating websites. In the future just tell them the advantage you have of being able to interact with the world around you while also staying connected onto the World Wide Web. They'll probably become interested in learning more about it.
