When any employ decides to resign from his job. Employee gave a notice period according to the requirements of the company contract. In your last days with the company, corporation would probably arrange an exit interview with you. Exit interview is a part of companyâs evaluation plan to assess the reason of employeeâs departure. Such interview are conducted by Human Resource department of the organization. Major purpose to arrange such interview is to the sole purpose of an exit interview is to get the departing employee to disclose why she is leaving and divulge her experience with the company.
It takes a tremendous amount of money, resources and efforts in training and hiring of the employees. If it turned out in an unexpected way then it is the right of the company to know what went wrong.
