How to Unhide Folders in Vista Windows Explorer
- 1). Click on the "Start" menu.
- 2). Scroll over to "Computer" and click.
- 3). Click on the "Tools" menu and scroll down to "Folder Options."
- 4). Click on the "View" tab. This will open a list of options that you can click to enable or unclick to disable.
- 5). Scroll down to "Show hidden files and folders" to enable that option. You can also unclick "Hide extensions for known file types" and unclick "Hide protected operating system files" if you wish to unhide your files. Your hidden folders will now come up on a regular Windows search.
