How to Design UV Party Flyers
- 1). Write down all the pertinent information about the party. Include the date and time, as well as the location and anything guests might need to bring. For example, if you're hosting a party at the beach, you should tell guests to bring swimsuits, sunscreen and towels.
- 2). Find an image for your party flyer. Use a photo you already own, such as a photo from a past event or party, or opt for a royalty-free photo you find online. Royalty-free images cost nothing to use and can be distributed electronically or on your flyers.
- 3). Open the photo processing software on your computer. Pick a size for your image by editing the page size from the top toolbar. Both photo and publishing programs are suitable for making flyers and both offer a standard letter size or a smaller, postcard size.
- 4). Upload your photo to the flyer, adjusting it to fit the size of the flyer. Write on the flyer the information you listed earlier, including day and time. Put the information directly on top of the photo and adjust the color, size and font to one that you like. Make any other changes needed and save the flyer.
- 5). Upload the finished flyer to a printing website. You'll need to pick "UV flyer" from the available options, choose the size of your flyers, pick whether you want printing on the front and back or just front, and choose the paper type and finish. Alternatively, save the flyer on a disc and take it to a local printing shop.
