    • 4). Press the "Reset" button on the "Advanced" tab. A warning prompt should pop up, providing details on the effects of resetting the browser.

    • 5). Press the "Reset" button a second time to confirm the changes to your browser.

    • 6). Allow the browser to reset its configuration, then press "OK."

    • 7). Close Internet Explorer, then restart it to allow the changes to take place. If Internet Explorer discovered errors or faulty configuration, resetting the files will repair the browser.
