Have you got any clue what is an immune system?  What are the parts which make up your immune system?  How does your immunological system work?  These are all questions that will be explored in this post.

What is the immune system?

The immune system is the defense system of your body.  Whenever any sort of pathogen like a bacteria or a pathogen enters your body then it is upto the immune reaction to find this pathogen and destroy as well as remove it utterly from your body.  Fundamentally, it's the job of the immunological reaction to make sure that your body stays free from disease.

How does your immunological response work?

It is essentially split into 2 different parts.  These are, the innate part and the adaptative part.

The innate part is the one that is always present.  It guards your body against various sorts of diseases and infections.  It is largely the 1st defensive position of your body.

Parts that are included in your built in immunological system are dendritic cells, macrophages and neutrophils.  Another part of your built in system are the Natural Killer Cells which are AKA NKC's.  These cells are specifically able to kill the cells in your body that are infected with a virus of any sort and also help murdering carcinogenic cells.

The immune system also includes parts such as the mucous surface of your skin.  It also has other parts which block and keep out other pathogens so as to preserve your wellbeing.

The adaptative immune system is a part of your immunological response which adapts in order to respond to any threats to your health.  This is normally the same reason why you do not get chickenpox more than one time.

The adaptative immune systme is formed of 2 parts.  These are T-cells and antibodies.  Both of these parts are made to recognize any express pathogen infected pathogens, cells or bacteria.

You should understand this is the general view of the way in which the immune systme works.  If you'd like a more exact reason then you must consult a medical textbook or encyclopedia.

Your immune mechanism and nutrition

There are quite a few nutrient elements that play a part when it comes to the functioning of your immune system.  Here are some of them :

Glyconutrients are a very critical part of immunological response.  They are used to make glycoproteins that cover the outside layer of all cells in our body.  Immunological reaction cells use glycoproteins to help recognize pathogens.

Phytonutrients have been rigorously proven to help with fighting many sicknesses.  The scientists aren't utterly sure if these phytonutrients without delay influence diseases or are utilised by our body or both.

Colostrum which is a supplement also provides help in improving your immune reaction.

If you have got a defeciency in vitamin C then you might have poor immunity too.

This article has hopefully helped you und erstand your immune reaction better.  You must make efforts today to help support your immune reaction by eating a proper diet and the correct supplements.  You won't be disappointed.
