How to Clean Olive Oil From Clothes
- 1). Lay the piece of clothing out flat with the olive oil stain facing up.
- 2). Blot any excess olive oil with a paper towel.
- 3). Shake the cornstarch into the trash; it will be in damp clumps due to the absorbed cornstarch. Brush the excess off gently with a soft bristled brush.
- 4). Repeat the process, allowing the clothing to set overnight before brushing off the cornstarch.
- 5). Pour a drop of laundry soap directly on the area where the stain was, and wash as usual. The olive oil will be gone, and your clothing will be as good as new!
