How to Redirect Hotmail to Outlook
- 1). Download Microsoft Office Outlook Connector by going to the Microsoft Download Center homepage (see Resources), selecting the "Download" button located at the bottom of the page next to "OutlookConnector.exe" and then choosing a location on your PC.
- 2). Double-click on the downloaded file and install the application by following the prompts.
- 3). Launch Outlook 2007 and enter your Windows Live Hotmail address and password in the "Email address" and "Password" fields when the Microsoft Outlook Connector dialog box opens, prompting you to enter your credentials.
- 4). Type your name as you would like it to appear to your recipients in the "Your name" field and then click "OK." Outlook Connector creates your Windows Live Hotmail account in the Navigation Pane. You can now use Outlook to send and receive emails with your Windows Live Hotmail account.
