    • 1). Place a sheet of newspaper on a table. Place the disposable camera on the newspaper. Release the tabs holding the front case of the disposable camera to the back case with the tip of the flat-edged screwdriver. Remove the front case from the disposable camera.

    • 2). Remove the film cartridge from inside of the back case and toss it out. Remove the circuit board from inside of the back case. Place the circuit board on the newspaper with the lens assembly facing up.

    • 3). Drill a hole in the side of the circuit board so that wires can be pushed through later. Cut two 4-inch long strips of wire using the wire cutters. Strip a half inch of the insulation off of both ends of the wires using the wire strippers.

    • 4). Solder the end of one wire to the positive contact of the capacitor that is the only cylindrical object on the circuit board. Solder the end of the other wire to the negative contact of the capacitor on the circuit board. Push the free ends of the two wires through the hole you have made in the side of the circuit board.

    • 5). Drill two holes in the side of the back case using the portable drill. Insert a metal screw in each hole and use the bonding glue to keep it in place. Let the bonding glue dry. Wrap the exposed end of each of the two wires around one of the screws. Put a piece of electrical tape around the screws.

    • 6). Place the battery back into its position on the circuit board. Put the circuit board back into the back case. Close the front case over the back case and push it firmly so that the tabs engage to hold the front case to the back case.

    • 7). Wait for the power light to go on at the back of the disposable camera. Press the screws that are on the disposable camera against the assailant. Press the "Shutter" button on the disposable camera to fire off the electrical charge of the Taser-like gun that you have made at the assailant.
