We are the lucky family of Pia, a 4-year old female Russian Blue mix. Pia is shown here on our garden wall in Rota, Spain, where she hung out quite a bit. We adopted Pia from the shelter on the US Naval base and found her to be the greatest cat one could ask for. When we come home, she runs to greet us and rolls onto her back for a belly rub. To the delight of our friends, she prefers to be among people when we have visitors, and will just as readily climb into the lap of a stranger as into one of ours.
