Integra has announced the addition of the DTR-60.5 home theater receiver and the DHC-60.5 AV processor to its current product line.

The main thing that distinguishes both units are that they are first Integra-branded products to incorporate HDBaseT connectivity. HDBaseT provides an efficient and cost-effective way of connecting audio, video, and network components over a single CAT5e/6 cable, especially over long distances, making it practical for Multi-zone audio and video setups.


Both units are THX Certified with the DTR-60.5 providing up to a 9.2 channel speaker configuration (expandable to 11.2 channels via additional external amplification), while the DHC-60.5 provides for 7.2 channel configuration via either RCA or XLR preamp output connections. Both provide audio decoding and processing for all Dolby and DTS audio formats, including Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Prologic IIz, and DTS-Neo:X, and Audyssey DSX.

Both units include ISFccc Calibration Control, are also fully 3D compatible and feature Marvell QDEO supported 1080p and 4K upscaling.

For connectivity, DHC-60.5 and DTR-60.5 both include 9 HDMI inputs (including one front mounted MHL-compatible input), and one HDMI output, along with component and composite video inputs, VGA PC monitor input, digital optical/coaxial inputs, several sets of two-channel analog inputs, and a dedicated a dedicated phono input. The DHC-60.5 even has a set of analog two channel XLR inputs.

The DTR-60.5 and DHC-60.5 also provide extensive networking (DLNA) and internet streaming features (such as internet radio) via wired Ethernet or Wifi Both units also include built-in Bluetooth capability.

The DTR-60.5 is rated at 135wpc, and is priced at $2,300. The DHC-60.5 A/V processor is priced at $2,000, and requires either an external multi-channel or individual amplifiers for each channel in order to supply power to speakers.
