Now imagine just above your head a beautiful fountain flowing with water.
The sun is shining through the water droplets, sending out rainbows that surround you.
Feel the colours sink into your body.
See yourself tingle and glow with all these colours.
See yourself sparkle! Imagine you are sitting in the middle of a green field.
As you look around, you see blue sky, green grass and a golden sun.
Suddenly dozens of colourful butterflies flutter around you, their wings covered with magical dust that they sprinkle on you.
This dust is special as it builds up your strength and courage.
The butterflies fly away.
You notice a toadstool close by and you walk over to look at it.
Underneath the toadstool you find little people singing and dancing.
They are so happy to see you.
Shouts of laughter and joy fill the air as the little people let you know they are glad you are part of this world.
One little person stands out in front of the rest and hands you a parcel.
As you unwrap it you feel its energy pouring out.
This is your personal power pack, says the little person.
It will keep you going whenever times get tough.
