How to Cook Calamari Tentacles
- 1). Place the tentacles in a bowl.
- 2). Combine olive oil, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl and pour over the tentacles.
- 3). Pour the mixture over the tentacles and stir to coat them.
- 4). Place the bowl of tentacles in the refrigerator for one hour.
- 5). Grill over hot coals for no more than one minute on each side or until the tips curl slightly. Brush with marinade before turning, if desired.
