Cheap All Inclusive Holidays to Mexico - It Doesn"t Have to Cost the Earth

When I was searching for cheap all inclusive holidays to Mexico I thought that it was going to be just too expensive.
Mexico is not a close destination to the UK and you would expect to pay at least £6000 for a family of 4 to a 5 star resort.
I was pleasantly surprised, not so much by the fact that cheap all inclusive holidays to Mexico are actually available; but also because the prices between tour operators offering the same accommodation can be as much as £2000 difference.
The first thing I decide even before I look at a holiday brochure is what grade hotel I want.
I rarely go for anything less than a 3 star hotel, the price difference between 3 and 2 star accommodation is not worth worrying about.
If I feel the family need a bit more indulgence I tend to opt for a 4 or 5 star accommodation.
The next step is to decide how much to spend.
For our holiday to Mexico I decided that 3 to 4 star accommodation is ideal for our needs and I expected to pay about £6000 for the family.
The came the search and I was pleasantly surprised at what I found.
I started with the 4 star accommodation.
As anybody booking a holiday would do I searched several companies to see who offered the best price.
One particular 4 star hotel I was looking at ranged from £4000 to £5000, a difference of a £1000 is a lot of money, especially in today's market.
I was also shocked to discover that a 5 star hotel was actually cheaper than a 4 star hotel offered by another tour company.
