How do I Buy a Nissan Truck?
- 1). Navigate to the Nissan America website and move the mouse pointer over the drop down menu named "Trucks." The Nissan America website is the official Nissan webpage for United States buyers.
- 2). Move the mouse pointer between the two thumbnail pictures that appear under the "Truck" drop-down menu. Mousing over each picture will bring up a brief summary of some of the selling points of each model, including engine power and price.
- 3). Click on the truck that best suits your budget and needs. Toward the bottom of the resulting web page there is a text box that allows for entry of a zip code. Enter your zip code and click the arrow next to the text box.
- 4). Click on the "Locate Dealer" link on the top right-hand side of the resulting web page, and choose a convenient dealership near your address or workplace. A truck can be purchased through the Internet, But it is advisable to go to a local Nissan dealer to take one or more trucks for a test drive.

Travel to the nearest Nissan dealership and ask a sales-team member to show you several configurations of the Nissan truck model you chose on the Nissan website. Be sure to test drive several vehicles and bring your valid state issued driver's license in case the dealership requires proof of a valid license before allowing you to make the test drives. - 6). Select the Nissan truck that you like best and that fits into your budget, and tell the dealer you would like to make a purchase. Remember that you do not have to buy right away, so feel free to leave the dealership and think carefully before committing to a purchase. Always try to negotiate a lower price than what is displayed on the truck itself.
- 7). Obtain auto-loan financing through the dealership or a bank of your choice. During the financing process, a down payment on the vehicle is usually required in order to get a loan. Always negotiate as low an interest rate as possible, and remember that bad credit will increase the interest rate you will have to pay for the loan.
- 8). Fill out all required dealer paperwork and finalize the purchase. Obtain the keys, and leave the lot in your new Nissan truck.
