Toledo is on the western shore of Lake Erie, and the Maumee River runs through the middle of the city. This makes fishing a popular activity for anyone living in Toledo, including senior citizens. Fishing is a relaxing past time that doesn't require a lot of physical strength, good news for seniors who worry about over-exerting themselves in recreational activities.
