When you look at the outside of the house can you tell what is on the inside? It sounds like a good game even if you aren't psychic.
It's almost like body language isn't it? If you see a fabulous mansion on the hill you wouldn't expect it to have the same furniture as a house built from a set of prairie house building plans.
The mansion should probably have an elegant dining area, large cavernous rooms with chandeliers and beautiful lighting fixtures.
It should have the very best of the best no matter what the style chosen.
That's not to say that the prairie home shouldn't have the best of the best for its style but it probably would be more down to earth style of furniture.
You wouldn't expect a crystal chandelier over a big oak dining table.
Something a little more rustic would seem to fit.
Now a home built from colonial style house plans may be a little more like the mansion and may even be a mansion for all that matter.
It would seem fitting to have a lot of wood on the furniture and even wood floors throughout at least part of the house.
Of course the prairie style house could also very easily have wooden floors throughout.
It may even resemble something like a home built from raised ranch house plans.
You could even imagine some of the furniture being built in a workshop in the back of the property with either the prairie or ranch style homes.
If you're like many people, this game can be fun but is it probably all that accurate.
People do tend to like a certain look and feel on the inside and outside.
You don't think of a really modern home having a bunch of antiques inside.
