I Can't Change the Bullet Color in Business Plan Pro
- 1). Open the business plan you've been working on in Business Plan Pro by clicking on "File" and "Open" in the top menu.
- 2). Find the bullet or bullets you want to change color. If you're having trouble visualizing it in the standard "Outline" layout, click on the "Plan Review" icon near the right of the upper menu. This changes everything to what you'll see when you print. You can't make changes from this view but you can make selections. Click and hold at the beginning of the bullet point you want to change and drag to the end of the last point in the section you want in the same color. Release the mouse.
- 3). Click once on "Plan Outline" to return to the outline with the section still highlighted. Directly above the portion now highlighted in the main box on the screen, click "Custom format." Another box will pop up. In the right panel of the box you'll see an option for text color. Click on the colored rectangle, and another box will pop up with the color options. Select the one you want.
- 4). Repeat for each bullet you want to change to various colors.
