Generic Tickets

• 1). Enter the numbers on the tickets into a computer. Use only the numbers for the tickets that will be used or sold.
  
  
• 2). Print the list and have it on hand when tickets are being collected. Mark off each ticket as you match the numbers on the tickets to the numbers on your list.
  
  
• 3). Do not allow in people that have tickets with numbers not on the list.

  Create your tickets on the computer and print them out with barcodes on them. The barcode software will either change the numbers of the next ticket or you can change it manually.
  
  
• 2). Make a log of all the barcode numbers used and keep it on the computer as your database. You refer back to this list, much like with the generic tickets, when it's time to collect the tickets.
  
  
• 3). Check each ticket using your barcode scanner. Check the number that comes up against the numbers that you already entered into your computer. To make this process faster type all of the barcodes into the barcode scanner and have the scanner beep when it recognizes a barcode.
