Riboflavin: lean beef and lamb.  I bet you didn't think about those, did you?  Venison is also among the meat choices.  Having a healthy serving of these ups your health prevention of cataracts.  Also, dairy products like yogurt and milk have significant sources of riboflavin.  Eggs, spinach, and almonds are on the top of the list, which are also huge in protein.  See?  There are ways to eat healthy and still have a tasty meal.  Your eyes will thank you.

Were you worried you'd have to eat only green leafy stuff?  Here are some of the best foods for niacin that will fulfill your meat desires: Tuna, skinless chicken, lean beef and lamb, pork tenderloin, skinless turkey, and wild salmon.  Talk about a hearty dose of goodness!  Also among the list were kidney beans, peanut butter and peanuts, mushrooms, and sunflower seeds.  So, you see, there are plenty of options to choose from.  Any of these foods will decrease your risk for cataract surgery, and you don't even have to be miserable while doing it.
