- 3). Meet with the florist between six and 12 months before your wedding date. Supply the florist with date, time and location of wedding. Have a budget ready for the florist so she can stay within your means.
- 4). Choose your flowers for the wedding day. Make adjustments as needed to fit within your budget.
- 5). Meet with your florist two month before the wedding to secure all details. The florist will let you know if all of your flower choices are still available.
- 6). Proofread the final invoice and make sure all details are correct. Check the time, date, place, list of flowers and final price. Ask about any additional delivery fees. Sign-off on the invoice and pay deposit if everything is correct.
