These promise great increases in size, and all that is required, is simply popping a pill a day.
Sounds too good to be true? Well, you know the saying...
The problem is the pill technique is very attractive as it requires no work and near instant results.
So even those who are skeptical, will still waste their money and buy enlargement pills because of the lure of potentially easy results.
But they only end up experiencing a decrease in size.
Wallet size, that is.

Surgery for Enlargements.
Since this is a legitimate method that can actually work, it should be mentioned.
There have been males who have undergone surgery specifically for enlargement, and have achieved results.
The downside with surgery are the risks involved.
And the downfall with "risks involved" are that those risks center around a very delicate and private area.
Naturally one wants to be extremely cautious, while thinking long and hard about surgery for enlargement.
Though enlargement can be achieved, the risks during and after may very well not be worth it.

Exercises for Enlargements.
These are generally the safest practice for enlarging, as they do not involve any contraptions or devices, only the use of your own two hands.
They do require that you do some work, but when performed consistently, and correctly, exercises are indeed effective and can bring on added inches, both in length and girth.
The key to exercises is learning a routine which is safe, effective, and doesn't take hours to perform.
