Best sush in Portland Oregon has to be from Fuji's Japanese restaurant in Clackamas. Me and my friends have been going to Fuji's since my bro Nik told me about sushi from Fujis I instantly began eating at Fujis almost on a daily basis.

Its like your typical converyor belt sushi resaurant in Portland Oregon. But with one interesting difference that keeps them apart from the rest of the sushi in Portland. With an amazingly taste bud firing garlic aioli sauce called "Fujis Sauce."

Sake Portland sushi is a roll of rice with a piece of red raw salmon on top and is one of my  all time favorites. The salt water taste of the raw salmon mixed together in a wasabi soy sauce mix ignites my taste buds.

Mango madness is one of the best sushi rolls in Porltand.  Think of a basic California roll with a small mango piece spread across the top of the roll. Raw fish with mango and creme cheese is one of the best sushi dishes I have ever tried.
