How to Use the Samsung P2 MP3 Player
- 1). Charge your P2 by connecting it to a USB port on your computer, using the cable that came included with the player. The P2 will fully charge in four-and-a-half hours.
- 2). Install the software that came included with your P2 (Emodio) onto your computer by inserting the CD into your computer and following the on-screen instructions. During setup the software will offer you the option to import music and video files into it, so you can then transfer them to your MP3 player.
- 3). Click the Emodio icon on your computer's desktop while your P2 is still connected to the PC in order to start transferring music and videos to the device.
- 4). Press and hold the play button (designated with a triangle play icon) in order to power on your P2. Power off the player by holding down the same button.
- 5). Tap the icon on the screen for the type of media you would like to play on the P2. For instance, movies are represented by a film icon and music is represented by a music note.
- 6). Tap the particular song or video you would like to play from the list that appears in order to have the P2 play it. Music is listed by artist, playlist, genre and album. You will need to enter one of those menus first, before finding a particular song to play. Once you play one song, the player will automatically move on to the next song in that particular list.
- 7). Tap the home screen icon for "FM Radio" in order to listen to the radio. Your player will launch a small display with the particular frequency the radio is currently tuned to. Slide the bar on the right side of the screen up and down to change the radio station.
