Ingredients
- 4 medium ears corn
- melted butter
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- Prep Time: 0 minutes
- Cook Time: 25 minutes
- Total Time: 25 minutes
Preparation
Remove husks and silks from corn. Place each ear of corn on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, and drizzle with a little butter. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chopped roasted red pepper on each ear of corn. Roll foil lengthwise around corn and twist ends.
Bake at 450° for 25 minutes.
Serves 4.
