ROM Cheats for How to Get Kyogre on "Pokemon Sapphire"
- 1). Load your emulator and the "Pokemon Sapphire" ROM.
- 2). Click on "File" at the top of the screen and "Codes" or "Cheats," depending on which emulator you are using.
- 3). Enter this cheat when prompted:
