How to Add Music to the EVO From the MacBook
- 1). Press the "Home" button on your EVO, tap "Menu," then tap "Settings."
- 2). Tap "Applications" and touch "Development." Select "USB Debugging," "Stay Awake," and "Allow Mock Location."
- 3). Connect your EVO to the computer using the USB cable. The "USB Connected" message is displayed on the phone's screen. Click the message.
- 4). Touch "Mount" to allow your phone to work as a disk drive.
- 5). Locate your phone's disk drive on the desktop and double-click it. Double-click the "Music" folder. If you don't see a Music folder, right-click an empty part of the disk drive and click "New Folder." Name the folder "Music" and double-click it.
- 6). Drag songs from your computer to the Music folder. Close the Music folder, then drag the disk drive from the desktop to the trash bin on the Dock. Disconnect your phone from the computer.
