    • 1). Let the Super Glue air dry completely until it's hard. Rub 100-grit sandpaper back and forth over the dried glue until the Super Glue is worn down to the floor.

    • 2). Sweep up dust from the sanding process with a dust pan and broom. Discard the dust in the trash can.

    • 3). Dip a cotton swab in nail polish remover. Gently wipe the remaining Super Glue stain repeatedly to soften and remove the Super Glue. Change to another cotton swab, as needed, and continue to wipe.

    • 4). Mix a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water and use it to wash the site of the Super Glue stain. Dry the floor with a clean cloth.

    • 5). Touch up your floor with a matching wood finish if any of the finish was removed while using the nail polish remover. Use a paintbrush or sponge-tipped brush to apply the wood finish, going with the grain of the wood. Let the finish dry.
