    • 1). Open Google Earth and go to the landmark or journey plan that you want to share.

    • 2). Right-click the feature - be it an object, path or location - and click "Copy." This copies the KML code to the clipboard.

    • 3). Click "Start." Type "Notepad" and press "Enter." Press "Ctrl"+"V" to paste the code.

    • 4). Click "File," then "Save As." Click the file type drop-down and click "All Files."

    • 5). Name your file "feed.kml" and save it. When you open this file, it will automatically open Google Earth to the object it references.
