How I Cured Arthritis With Help From My Mother and the Internet
I had pains in my right knee that hurt when I walked or tried to run.
I went to see my doctor just over a year ago with this complaint.
My doctor arranged for me to go to the local hospital for an xray.
Two weeks later i got the results of the xray.
I had quite severe arthritis in my right knee.
I was told it would never go completely but I could reduce the pain by doing exercises in the gym and wearing better fitting shoes.
So I completed an 8 week course of exercises at the hospital gym and this started to help.
However I then took advise from my mum and started taking Glucosamine sulphate with Chondriotin sulphate every day and also started taking cod liver oil and flaxseed oil.
Which I had read on the internet would help.
I also had read that walking every day would help a lot.
So a year ago I decided I would walk for a minimum of sixty minutes every day and take the tablets and oils.
After a few months the pain got better and by month six it had completely disappeared.
It is now just over a year later and I have no pain at all.
I fact some days I cannot remember what leg I had the problem with.
I still keep up my daily routine and obviously there are many other benefits to daily walking and taking the oils.
