Liquid Fabric Softener Stains

• 1). Lay the spot-stained fabric on a flat surface. You are less likely to miss a spot if you can view the entire piece of material.
  
  
• 2). Drip small amounts of liquid dish detergent on each spot. Rub the detergent into each spot.
  
  
• 3). Launder the fabric. Place the material in the washer and wash without detergent. Dry as directed on the label. If the wet-looking spot is still on the material, repeat Steps 2 and 3.
