How to Take Care of Kordana Miniature Roses Indoors
- 1). Place the Kordana rose pot near a sunny window. The Kordana rose, being shade tolerant, can even grow in somewhat less than full sunlight.
- 2). Water the Kordana rose every day for the first three weeks after it's been placed in a new pot, and don't allow the soil to dry out. Afterward, water only when the top of the soil feels dry to the touch.
- 3). Fill a shallow dish with a single layer of stones, then fill the dish with water until the stones are almost covered. Set the Kordana rose pot on top of the dish to increase the humidity surrounding the plant.
- 4). Fill a spray bottle with water and spray the tops and bottoms of all of the Kordana leaves at least once per week.
- 5). Fill another spray bottle with a 5-5-10 liquid plant fertilizer using one-quarter of the amount recommended on the bottle. Add one-quarter of the amount of recommended water and pour the solution into the soil under the Kordana rose. Repeat the fertilizer application once per week.
