    Chain of Lakes Middle School

    • Chain of Lakes Middle School is a member of the Orange County Public Schools system. Chain of Lakes Middle School provides education for students in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades. Some of the academic departments that are available include physical education, language arts, world languages, social sciences and mathematics. In terms of athletics, several choices in sports are also provided, such as volleyball, track, soccer and basketball. The mission statement of the school focuses on molding its students into becoming successful and responsible young adults.

    Southwest Middle School

    • Southwest Middle School is an Orlando public school that has been in existence since 1991. Southwest Middle School's primary goal is to offer its student body a learning atmosphere that is simultaneous stimulating and safe, in order to encourage success in academics and strong self-confidence. The school's curriculum includes subjects such as music, science and international languages. The athletics department provides a diverse range of offerings, such as Special Olympics, basketball, volleyball and track.

    Howard Middle School

    • Howard Middle School is situated in the center of bustling downtown Orlando. Formerly known as Orlando High School, Howard Middle School was initially constructed in 1926. The school's various goals include engagement in the community, efficient operation, a dedicated and thriving team and concentration on student success and achievement. Some of the elective course options that are provided to students are videography, digital photography, band and yearbook.

    Glenridge Middle School

    • Glenridge Middle School, which is often referred to as the "Home of the Lions," is a public Orlando school that aims to guide its students alongside the engagement and support of the surrounding community, as well as family and friends. Glenridge Middle School is a red ribbon certified middle school (by the National Family Partnership organization), which means that it has made a vow to enhance performance academically by keeping its students off of both alcohol and drugs. The school offers a large selection of academic courses, such as French, Spanish, drama, journalism, reading and computer applications.
