Here's something I read the other day that's got me started on a rant because it just doesn't need to be this way.
Here's what I read: "There just isn't a magic solution to losing weight.
You will need to do a lot of exercises and also eat a healthy diet.
It may be worth you doing a plan of action and keep a diary so you learn how to lose belly fat.
" Well that's pretty depressing isn't it! That's enough to put us off trying to lose weight forever.
I mean this person was trying to motivate us to lose weight.
It reads more like a formula to drive us to suicide.
Folks...
it doesn't need to be this way!
I'll show you an easy way to lose that fat in a minute.
Here's the scoop...
and if you've read a lot of my articles on this you'll know I reiterate this over and over...
It's the "Famous North American Fast Food Diet" that is making us fat.
And it's not just making us fat it's making us sick...
and it's making our kids fat and sick too.
A diet of pop and carbs (which lots of kids are into) is deadly.
An unheard of number of teens are showing up with osteoporosis and diabetes, mostly related to the over consumption of pop.
So what can we do? We have to get of that sugar/insulin spike cycle that is making us insensitive to insulin.
Insulin is the key that opens the muscles to accept our blood sugar.
But if we continue to hit the muscles with massive doses of insulin cause by those sugar spikes from the carbs and sugars, then our muscles eventually become immune to insulin.
The key doesn't work anymore.
You've got to get off those carbs and sugar...
kill that carb craving, and don't get hungry while you're doing it or you'll just quit again.
