Do these in intervals between 20 - 60 seconds and see if you can't feel the burn.
· Front Squats - Kind of like doing a back squat except you rest the barbell on the front of your shoulders.
It may take a bit of practice at first, so I would suggest asking for help until you can do it by yourself.
Try doing 5 sets of 5 or 3-4 sets of 8.
