Fat is simply "stored energy' and we need to burn that energy off our
bodies. Believe it or not, fat loss is a total body process. Stomach fat has always been a serious concern for over weight people. It is the hardest to get rid of because it is your body's store house. Just look at the news. You see evidence daily of health problems related to obesity including diabetes, heart attacks, skin problems, and more.

Weight loss is and always will be a numbers game. We have been told to eat more calories, less calories, no fat, different types of fat, no carbs, few carbs, more meat, no meat, more exercise, no exercise...just take pills, or the ultimate...ahh why do anything? Just get surgery! Really?!?!!!

We all want the best results in the shortest time possible. I admit, diet typically is the most challenging part while you are trying to get a flat stomach. What's needed is a diet that is very simple, satisfying, and easy to follow for the long term. Incorporating a nutritious diet with exercise in this process is the best way to accomplish your goals.

Today is a great day because you will be starting a great new chapter in your life. Before you know it, people will start noticing the difference. What is a greater feeling than people starting to notice that you've lost weight even while wearing clothes? That undeniable joy is yours to have now and forever.
