We all deserve a happy life without the constant worry of home and job.

So, we have to find ways to calm and sooth our nerves.
One way to increase happiness is through smell.
Smells remind us of times in the past or loved ones we have lost.
Aromatherapy brings scents into our lives that calm and sooth our nerves and give us pleasure at the same time.
Did you know that the scent of lavender is associated with Heaven? If we surround ourselves with beautiful smells, our world will appear to be much brighter.
And if we do things to make our bodies feel good, we will reap the benefits of a less stressful and happy life.
It doesn't cost much to add a little luxury to your day.
I am going to discuss oils that you can use to help fight anxiety and depression and some ways you can use those oils.
The following oils are good to use for feelings of stress, nerves, and depression: Bergamot, Lemongrass, Grapefruit, Roman Chamomile, Cedarwood, Lemon, Cinnamon Leaf, Petitgrain, Basil, Myrrh, Hyssop, Juniper, Grapefruit, Sweet Marjoram, Scotch Pine, Patchouli, Rosemary, Neroli(orange blossom), Orange, Lavender, Rosewood, Rose, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang, Frankincense, Clary Sage, Jasmine, and Geranium.
There are lots of essential oils to choose from.
Just make sure you mix them with a carrier oil like jojoba or sweet almond before putting them on your skin.
Also check for allergic reactions, sun exposure risks, and pregnancy cautions before using certain oils.
Try some enjoyable ways to use oils and improve your mood.
After a hard at work try this bath recipe to relax and ease tension: Add the following essential oils to 1 1/2 teaspoons of bath oil that is dispersible and disperse with your hand.
Enjoy a relaxing bath for 10 minutes.
3 drops of ylang ylang 2 drops of rosewood 3 drops of lavender If you have had about all you stand with work, husband, kids, and the many demands of life, try this mix of oils for a calming message or bath: Add these oils to your bathwater and disperse.
3 drops lavender 2 drops neroli 3 drops chamomile Take turns giving a massage with your significant other.
Add 3 teaspoons of grapeseed or sweet almond oil to the essential oils listed above and begin to feel relaxed.
A stimulating shower gel to help get you get awake in the mornings and ready for action can be made from the following oils: 2 drops grapefruit 2 drops petigrain 1 drop rosemary Add these oils to an unscented shower gel and lather with a sponge.
Did you know that cinnamon not only tastes great, but has a calming affect on the nerves? Use it as a room freshener to get those nerves under control by doing the following: Get rolled cinnamon sticks and add a few drops on cinnamon to them.
Then add the sticks to bowl of potpourri.
Make your room smell great with this mixture of oils and water: (I wouldn't recommend doing this around children or too close to pets) 3 drops petitgrain 3 drops lime 2 drops cypress Add these oils to a dish filled with water.
Light and burn.
10-15 minutes.
