We're going to be begin breaking down the movement then building them into combinations. So the first step that you need to learn is called basic right lead or basic left leads step. Four count movement stepping up right left center of the bench down right left, heels go to the center, heels go down to the floor. You can also approach that it's a frontal approach step you can step with leading with the left foot. So notice I can glance down at my feet and then look forward. I'll show you that from your perspective basic right, if I tap down it changes me to a basic left lead step. Just to let you know again that step has progressed where we try not to tap down on the floor or tap on the bench. So it becomes a more natural movement of just moving right left right left. We don't really walk and go right tap left tap so we're trying to make it a more natural progression. In order to change from a right lead to a left lead you may see something that does right lead and a lift step and then I have a left lead with a left step. So that makes a nice smooth transition from a right lead to a left lead step with out having a tap down to the floor.
