Looking Into Happiness and Anxiety

"Anxiety can look like happiness.
" This statement came from a reader.
It was difficult to fathom, bewildering.
How can anyone think of such a thing? I think the writer suffers no anxiety.
Even if he or she does, support is always around, turning the situation into one where anxiety is used to get other people to help you.
Happiness has no link to Anxiety.
Happiness is a creation made within, one that is a part of your soul.
It is possible for anxiety to also be created within you but it is not a part of your soul.
Anxiety may come from a level below your conscious mind.
It can also be a fruit of outside situations.
When this is the case, it means that you have developed a low self esteem issue.
Happiness resides permanently in your soul, only you may not aware of it from time to time.
It is also possible for anxiety to stay within you.
Perhaps you know the cause of your anxiety, perhaps not.
What is scarier? Anxiety is able to manifest itself in numerous ways.
With different levels of intensity.
What's best is to face it squarely.
Level your breaths, let your shoulder drop.
It is amazing how quick the tension goes when you drop your shoulder.
Take a deep, full breath once more.
It is possible that your anxiety disappear at once.
The thought that your anxiety is gone will help you gain happiness.
It is possible for anxiety to look like happiness.
This however is a cause and result, happiness comes when you get rid of anxiety, making you feel good.
And still, the above sentence does not look like real to me.
Anxiety can look like Happiness.
Share me your thoughts, is it possible?
