    Non-certified MVR

    • 1). Find the driver's license office nearest to you. A list of locations is available online through the Colorado Department of Revenue.

    • 2). Go to the nearest driver's license office with your current Colorado driver's license and a check to pay the $2.20 fee for non-certified MVR copies.

    • 3). Purchase your non-certified MVR. Some employers may not accept non-certified copies.

    Certified MVR

    • 1). Go to the division of motor vehicles office located in Lakewood, Colorado.

    • 2). Present your driver's license.

    • 3). Pay the $2.70 fee to receive a certified copy of your MVR. Cash is not accepted.
