These medicines together with other antibiotics do away with the microorganism that worsens the acne problem.
Oral antibiotics are normally prescribed in severe acne problems only.
It is up to you to decide which acne treatment you want to go for.
However, irrespective of the treatment you opt for, ensure that you keep your skin clean and take every possible step to prevent infection.
