This should be a fun thing and not worrisome.
Tips: You do not have to go into full battle gear with exercise, nor are you expected to run a 10K marathon to get started.
Pace your activities whether it's brisk walking, jogging or going to the gym that you're interested in.
Choose an activity that you enjoy.
To make it more fun, jog with your favorite tunes.
An additional benefit of adding music to your activity is the fact that it enhances your brainpower.
Another name for exercise: Fun So you hate exercise! You're not alone.
In fact a lot of people find themselves being forced to it.
But think about the benefits, and then think about the consequences of being inactive such as weight gain, obesity, diseases such as diabetes and heart related illnesses.
It should be a no-brainer.
So if you're totally adamant against exercising, you have to will yourself to do it.
Condition your mind about the benefits of exercise.
And again, think about the consequences of being inactive.
Better yet, don't think about exercise, and start by referring to it as "physical activity.

With tons of activities, it would be hard not to find something that you would enjoy doing.
Stay on track After you have started, stay on it and stay on track.
People sometimes quit after one or two weeks and then it becomes hard to go back again.
There are two ways to ensure that you make a habit out of the activity you have chosen: first you can commit to a program; or second you can commit to a friend.
Having a walking buddy will motivate you to wake up earlier knowing that your friend is waiting for you in the street corner.
Meanwhile, if you join the gym, you are not just making a personal commitment, but also a financial one.
Step it up Once you've started with a regular activity make it a goal to improve on your fitness level.
You can do this by adding time to your fitness routine - like you can walk an extra 30 minutes, or increase the intensity of your routine.
This will make you fitter and stronger.
If your goal is weight loss walking paired with vacuuming or maybe some gardening are ideal activities.
You should strive to work towards one hour of total physical activity daily.
